Gameplay
The game of Ludo is played on a square board with a cross-shaped path that divides it into four quadrants. Each quadrant is a different color and corresponds to a player's tokens. Each player starts with four tokens of their color, which are placed in their corresponding start area. The goal is to move all of your tokens around the board and get them to the finish area in the center of the board before your opponents.
Players take turns rolling a single die to determine how many spaces they can move their tokens forward. Tokens can only move in a forward direction, along the path of their corresponding quadrant. If a player rolls a six, they can move one of their tokens out of the start area and onto the board. Players can only have one token on any given space at a time, so if another player's token is already on a space, you cannot land on it. If you roll the exact number needed to reach a space, you must stop on that space.
